We are promoting sustainable design, energy positive, low cost, fast build affordable social housing and utilising waste and water recycling processes as a catalyst for urban regeneration.

We pioneered the innovative reclamation of derelict land at Jean Harlow Park in Harlow where we designed and built a £2m 50Ha community park for £1 for a cash-strapped Council.

Our team is involved with inspirational regeneration and Social Housing projects, demonstrating sustainable development concepts, and we invite Councils with ‘problem’ Brownfield and vacant sites to see how we can ‘add real value’.

We are also looking to assist Local Authorities to transform their under-funded city parks into exciting, inclusive, popular urban assets and emulate the European exemplar created in Nantes ‘the most liveable city in Europe’ and the ‘European Green Capital 2013’.
